Kevin O’Brien
Owner & Estimator

Kevin is a life-long resident of Rockford. He is a graduate of Guilford High School, Rock Valley College and Rockford University. Kevin and his wife keep active raising their 3 sons. In his free time, you will likely spot him cheering on his kids at a track meet or football game. Kevin founded Trusted Painters LLC in 2015 with the simple goal of improving the painting experience for residential and commercial clients.

Derrick Wilkerson
Project Manager

Derrick grew up working in his family’s painting business in the Chicago suburbs. He studied at the Art Institute of Illinois where he honed his visual arts skills. He and his family have called Rockford home for 10 years. With over 20 years of experience, he has a sharp eye for details and strong organizational skills to keep your project on time and on budget.

Tami Hendrickson
Office Manager

Tami has been a Rockford resident since moving to the area in high school. She’s a graduate of Guilford High School and Hope College. She and her husband have raised their two kids here and she volunteers her time at her church. Tami’ s background in transportation and advertising are well suited to keeping Trusted Painters’ office running in an organized and efficient manner!
